FHF CAPITAL PLC officially announced the launch of its Student Loan Program at a public seminar held under the slogan “No Money, Still Can Study.” The event brought together nearly 80 participants, including educators, business owners, representatives from educational institutions and organizations, as well as students.

Speaking at the seminar, KOK Tha, CEO of FHF CAPITAL, emphasized that the program aims to expand access to education and strengthen human capital development in Cambodia. The student loan program supports underprivileged students who wish to continue higher education, pursue vocational skills, and improve their future opportunities.

Beyond financing tuition fees, study materials, and training costs, the program also promotes financial discipline and responsible borrowing, helping students better understand how to use loans effectively. The initiative further helps ease the financial burden on parents and guardians who lack sufficient resources to support their children’s education.

Mr. KOK Tha highlighted that the seminar marked a historic milestone for FHF CAPITAL with the official rollout of the student loan product, expressing confidence that it will become a model education financing program in Cambodia. In addition to student loans, FHF CAPITAL also provides general and small business loans, with a long-term vision to grow as a leading social enterprise supporting youth and young entrepreneurs.

The program received strong encouragement from the RCIs Club, whose Chairman praised FHF CAPITAL’s leadership in introducing a dedicated student loan product and offered key recommendations on borrower assessment, loan monitoring, and responsible use of funds.

Independent Board Member Mrs. Tong Chantheang reaffirmed that the initiative aligns with national human resource development priorities. She also noted that FHF CAPITAL is a licensed institution under the National Bank of Cambodia, committed to financial inclusion, client protection, and responsible lending—especially for youth and students across Cambodia.
