Conditions:

Who Can Apply?

• Cambodian citizens aged 18–60 years old.
• Households or individuals seeking to build or improve water and sanitation facilities.
• Property owners or family members with permission to construct on their land.
• Borrowers with a regular source of income or household cash flow to repay the loan.
• Groups or communities approved under water or sanitation improvement projects.

Financing Purpose:

• Drilling or constructing a water well or borehole.
• Installing piped water connection to homes or communities.
• Building or upgrading toilets, latrines, or septic tanks.
• Constructing drainage or wastewater management systems.
• Purchasing water filters, tanks, or other hygiene-related equipment.
• Improving bathrooms, handwashing stations, or clean water facilities at home.

Documents Required :

• Copy of National ID Card (borrower and co-borrower, if any)
• Copy of Family Book or Residence Book
• Proof of Income or Household Cash Flow (salary slip, business income, or household income statement)
• Bank Statements for the Last Three (3) Months (if available)
• Photo of the Proposed Construction Site or Existing Facility
