FHF CAPITAL PLC, founded with a mission to empower Cambodian students and young entrepreneurs, is a pioneering financial institution committed to bridging the gap in access to education and entrepreneurial opportunities through financial support. Born from the personal journey and dedication of our founder, FHF CAPITAL PLC aims to provide affordable, accessible, and sustainable financial solutions to foster individual growth and economic resilience in Cambodia.

FHF CAPITAL began operations in January 2023, focusing on legal and regulatory compliance. Initial steps included registering with the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC), acquiring and training on a Core Banking System, and applying for membership with the Cambodia Microfinance Association (CMA) and the Rural Credit Institutions (RCIs) Club.

By May 2024, FHF CAPITAL completed all required registrations, meeting compliance standards with the NBC, Ministry of Commerce (MoC), General Department of Taxation (GDT), Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training (MoLVT), National Social Security Fund (NSSF), and Credit Bureau Cambodia (CBC). These milestones establish FHF CAPITAL as a fully compliant financial institution, prepared to serve Cambodia’s financial sector with integrity.

Within the 18 months of operations as of 2025, FHF CAPITAL disbursed over $350,000 in loans to 300 clients.
