FHF CAPITAL PLC officially held its Inauguration Ceremony on 8 March 2025, marking an important milestone in the institution’s journey to promote inclusive and responsible finance in Cambodia.

The ceremony was opened by Mrs. Chea Sokhim, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors, who highlighted that the inauguration represents the successful completion of nearly two years of preparation, licensing, and compliance. After careful study, the Board decided to register FHF CAPITAL as a Rural Credit Institution (RCI) under the supervision of the National Bank of Cambodia.

By May 2024, FHF CAPITAL completed full registration with key authorities, including the Ministry of Commerce, General Department of Taxation, Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training, and the National Social Security Fund. Within seven months of operation in 2024, the institution successfully served 100 clients.

FHF CAPITAL is distinguished by its strong social focus on student loans, WASH/Green financing, and loans for small and micro-entrepreneurs, reflecting its commitment to sustainable social and economic development in Cambodia.
