On February 12, 2026, Mr. Kok Tha, CEO of FHF Capital Plc., attended the consultative workshop on the "Green Loan Playbook for the MFI Sector."
This initiative is a vital component of Phase II of the "Climate Resilience for All (CREFA) project", led by the Cambodia Microfinance Association (CMA) in collaboration with Oxfam and supported by the Embassy of Ireland.
Our goal is to transform research findings into practical, user-friendly guidelines to assist microfinance institutions in effectively developing and monitoring green credit products. By providing feedback based on practical implementation, this manual will serve as an essential tool that responds to the actual conditions of the financial sector in Cambodia.
