FHF CAPITAL and Build Bright University Sign MoU on Student Loan Cooperation
FHF CAPITAL PLC and Build Bright University (BBU) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to cooperate on the implementation of a Student Loan Program, aimed at improving access to education for students in Cambodia.
The MoU was signed by KOK Tha, CEO of FHF CAPITAL, and IN Virakchey, Vice Rector of Build Bright University, in the presence of representatives from both institutions.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. KOK Tha emphasized that the partnership reflects a shared vision aligned with national priorities to strengthen human capital development, particularly among youth and university students. The student loan program is designed to support students who face financial constraints in paying tuition fees, vocational training costs, study materials, transportation, and other essential education-related expenses—helping to reduce the risk of school dropout.
The program also aims to ease the financial burden on parents and guardians, offering a responsible alternative to selling assets or relying on high-interest informal loans.
Under the MoU, both institutions committed to jointly promoting the student loan program to students who need financial support to complete their studies. In addition to student loans, FHF CAPITAL also provides general loan products and continues to pursue its vision of becoming a leading social enterprise contributing to youth and young entrepreneur development in Cambodia.
FHF CAPITAL is a licensed financial institution under the National Bank of Cambodia, operating in full compliance with relevant laws and regulations, with a mission to deliver inclusive, responsible, and sustainable financial services—especially for students and young people across the country.
