Mr. Kok Tha, CEO of FHF Capital Plc., participated as an official candidate among the 20 outstanding master trainers who were carefully selected from various financial institutions, and this training session lasts for 5 full days.

On May 18, 2026, the Association of Banks in Cambodia (ABC), together with the Cambodia Microfinance Association (CMA) and the International Labour Organization (ILO), officially announced the training program on "Financial Education for Banking and Financial Institutions" in Phnom Penh.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by Mr. Rath Sophoan, Chairman of the Association of Banks in Cambodia(ABC); Mr. Tun Sophorn, National Coordinator of the International Labour Organization (ILO); Mr. Sok Voeun, Chairman of the Cambodia Microfinance Association (CMA); and Ms. Froukje Boele, Country Programme Manager of the Better Factories Cambodia (ILO-BFC), along with the presence of banking and financial institutions, trainees, as well as representatives from financial institutions and journalists about 60 people.

It should also be noted that this training program is part of the ILO Global Programme on Financial Education, which aims to promote financial literacy and financial inclusion through capacity building and vocational training. After completing the training, the 20 master trainers from banking and financial institutions will continue to disseminate and provide further training within their institutions and communities to help Cambodian people become more knowledgeable and skilled in managing their personal finances, especially in making informed financial decisions and using financial services effectively in the growing digital economic context.

At the same time, Mr. Kok Tha, CEO of FHF Capital Plc., participated as an official candidate among the 20 outstanding master trainers who were carefully selected from various financial institutions, and this training session lasts for 5 full days.

This important initiative demonstrates the joint commitment of the financial sector and relevant stakeholders in strengthening professional capacity across the Cambodian banking and financial sector, as well as supporting Cambodia's efforts in promoting financial inclusion, customer protection, and responsible financial service provision.
